’we need to tear it down’ in order to establish respectful dialogue? Ummm… Isn’t that saying “I don’t like what you say, it makes me uncomfortable, so I’m not going to allow you to say it anymore” - how is that re-establishing anything?!? It establishes a new level of what HE is prepared to allow.
