OpenAI launched its new video creation tool, Sora 2, last week. It soared to the top of the App Store chart, but it has also caused controversy as a result of users creating a range of offensive AI videos, including content mocking 9/11. Here’s my report from the BBC Six and Ten News bulletins.

He’s recently been jointly awarded the Nobel prize for chemistry, Google DeepMind CEO @demishassabis’s company has developed AI which can predict the structure of proteins, it could have a big effect on healthcare. Earlier this year I spoke to him about AI’s future.
