Actually I think it's an older transfer, fixed up where there were problems. As all the past UFO Blu-rays have had picture issues. The UK/Network release has been criticized for having too much digital noise reduction and being too bright and washed out. The older transfer didn't have these issues.

Mostly old extras, a few new ones.

Every Imprint release I have (and I have quite a few) have been all-region. So I would assume the same here.
