The criteria seem absolutely bizarre since this is the list. If they said Top 10 Underrated destinations or something, I'd say "yeah ok sure why not." But just saying Top 10 in the entire world... and Pittsburgh being top 5? It's very good, but I would say no

I have concerns with Spotify wrapped and I will be investigating later today but I do think this is accurate (perhaps not in number of plays, but overall)
