"Es gibt verschiedene Strategien, um Mieter:innen in den Altbau-Mietshäusern loszuwerden", erzählt @maraverlic.bsky.social, #AK Abteilung Kommunal und Wohnen. Es werden etwa Häuser verfallen gelassen, Mieten teurer, es gibt illegale Kündigungen, Druck auf Sicherheits- und Zuhausegefühl.

"Die Preise sind außer Rand und Bank", sagt @thomasritt.bsky.social. "Zwischen 2000 und 2022 gibt es einen deutlichen Preisanstieg bei den Altbau-Mietshäusern. 3,5 Millionen Euro kostet im Schnitt ein Altbau-Mietshaus im Jahr 2022 – im Jahr 2000 waren es noch 573.000 Euro, ein Plus von 511 Prozent!
