When something practical and difficult is being delegated, our family says “Watson—stop that horse!” entirely due to the Brett-Burke version of The Solitary Cyclist. No doubt in Holmes tone of voice—Watson absolutely can and will—and Watson leaps into the fray no matter how unexpected the action.
