I don't mind helping people. I will sit patiently and tediously teach them how to do simple things on Microsoft Word. BUT, if you just want me to either sit there and hold your hand or just do your work for you, I'm irritated and now I probably dislike you.

(1) These HR people need to do better. After applying to a job in March 2024, I was invited in for an interview in August. 2 weeks after the interview, I was called and told I was not chosen for that position. However, they'd be opening up a position in October that I'd be "perfect for".
