I think it’s a heavily flawed argument to paint large groups of people w’ the same brush w’out thought for personal experiences, fears or desires; to make assumptions about people’s reasoning w’out evidence, to use one’s own experience to decide someone else’s appropriate response. 100% agree. I just find it inaccurate to misstate her rights and find it appropriately to point out the ‘wrongness’ both legally and morally for the WH to have done what they did rather than misstate the situation
