We came out with a bit more spark but didn’t get the fire going until we scored our penalty. We had the fire for the rest of the 90 but that diminished in the 7 added minutes. FT 1-2

Burton kept pushing forward and we felt to be on the back foot. We lacked the composure and determination to push forward ourselves. Two goals within a few minutes at the end of the half. We need to do better after the break. HT 0-2

Bradford City v Barnsley: Started off strong and playing well. We had control over Barnsley and taking the lead. We lost some focus resulting some scrappy play and Barnsley scoring a fab goal from mid field. Walker had no chance. we got some control back and finished the half in the lead. HT 2-1

We were more focused in the second half. The boost of our goal also helped. Blackpool also turned the heat up but we held off. FT 1-0

We controlled most of the second half. We appeared to sit back with 15 mins to go. This resulted in Hudds clawing a goal back. For the remaining mins we were chasing the game. Fabulous final score against our Wesie rivals AND we’re top of the table for now. FT 3-1

Better second half but still quite sloppy. Wimbledon took the lead again only for us to eventually equalise. Luckily, what appeared to be an error by the Wimbledon goalie lead to our winner. We’re unbeaten through August. Let it continue. FT 3-2

Wycombe came back stronger but we held them off for most of the match. We lost a little concentration that let Wycombe score but we tried to increase the lead again almost immediately but was blocked be a good save from the goalie. More like this for the rest of the season, please. FT 2-1
