I watched my dad as he suffered through vascular dementia. Trump is exhibiting the same symptoms that I watched my dad go through. I'm also pretty sure Trump had a stroke which is also a notable risk factor. Why are doctors not speaking up about this dangerous presiding president's decline?

I worked with an American counterpart who got sick with cancer. Hi wife had to quit her job to take care of him, and they had to re-mortgage their home to pay for treatments - at the age of 55. It's so fucked up.
