I finally had a chance to read Ruth Chan’s debut GN UPROOTED, a memoir about her experience moving to Hong Kong in her middle school years.

It’s a wonderful story, filled with humor & emotional resonance. Also, I really enjoy recognizing a lot of places featured! Highly recommend!
