This billion-dollar funding for ICE, border security, and deportations is still being spent on immigrants, just not in any way that helps them. If you voted for Tangerine Palpatine thinking your tax dollars were being taken by undocumented immigrants, the truth is that money could have been used to show compassion to people seeking a better life. Instead, it is being funneled into hate instead of humanity. And the real criminals are not the ones being deported. They are the ones separating families and kicking people out, including citizens and migrants who are trying to do things the right way.

This art installation will attempt to visually commemorate the immensity of these deaths. My daughter is graduating this year and has been accepted by several universities for her PhD program. However, they all emailed her to retract their acceptance, and now she's left uncertain about her future. She is in a very challenging major, and this situation has made it even more difficult for her. Many US citizens are asking Canadians, 'What can we do to fix this?' From our perspective, it’s like sitting near a forest fire, complaining as the flames get closer. Stop asking Canada for solutions. Fight your government from within. Real change requires action. Trust won’t be rebuilt overnight.
