As you can see, FSR3 is a lot better in motion.
Anyway, while FSR 3.1.1 is still pretty inferior to DLSS, i'm actually quite pleased with the output of it now, i used to think it looked awful with 2.2, but now, it's pretty usable.

Notice how the ley lines look correct on FSR3, where as on FSR2, they look very pixelated and ghostly.

There is less ghosting with FSR 3.1.1 compared to the old FSR 2.2.1, which was the only version of temporal FSR available for DX11.
And alpha transparency is much better on FSR 3.1.1 too
