When I was asked if I wanted a Republican sample ballot, I stopped, took off my sunglasses, looked him dead in the eyes and said “fuuuuck no.” He said “we have a lot of them.” I said “I bet you do!”
I retrospect, I should’ve challenged him to give me 5 reasons to vote GOP. I need a good laugh.

A little jealous, I’ve been dealing with this crap all summer. If it’s not this, it’s stink bugs on the cukes and squash. Worst year in a long time. 😒

I collected a ton of seeds from my flowers last summer, put them in the shed and forgot about them! I’m hoping they’ll still be good next spring. I do have random plants coming up where I must have dropped seeds when collecting.

UVA still seems pretty white too me. My daughter just graduated. Jim Ryan seems very engaged with the students. He’s got a good sense of humor too. And he invited my daughter to the President’s suite for a football game (she started a non partisan political club on campus).

I was so happy to come home to this from a long weekend away. Tomatoes almost ready. Bread in the oven. Wish I still had chickens. I’m eating healthier than ever, thanks Trump. 🙄😣
