'll also say directly: building a trauma-informed approach is not an overnight thing. It takes time. So don't expect miracles. But my hope is that #MappingMindfully offers folks an entry way into the practice that will extend well beyond the edge of this month-long container.

I'll say directly: this is not one of those scuzzy schemes to get you to sign up for something only to offer you no real content and simply pitch you a high investment program. That is not now nor will it ever be my practice.

My invitation is for folks to show up fully (in whatever capacity that is available to them at this time) for this time together...to bring their whole, human self to this experience and honor the investment of the time and energy we're allocating to this container.

As we beg for #CeasefireNOWThe the draw to be among intentional community and invite folks into the fold of trauma-informed work is unshakably present for me. And so I've decided to make the workshop available free of charge to lower what barriers to entry I can.

It's been a goal of mine to host a program in November to offer alterative narratives to the hustle and grind of the 30 Day Map Challenge. But after coming back from NACIS and getting caught up on all the horrors taking place in Gaza, this drive took on a whole new resonance.
