His drafts have not been great but hasn’t been a disaster especially considering where the bills have drafted the last 5 years. But I definitely would have fired him also to just completely clear house.

The team has had Super Bowl caliber teams for years but you can only reboot it so many times. Josh Allen & Sean McDermott are the reasons they have not found the success in the playoffs.

Mina, for this situation specifically… if we look at the last couple of years can we not put this on the coaching? He’s been terrible for years. He literally lost a game with 13 seconds left with the lead and kept his job for many years after that. What about against the bengals?
