Just taken...I haven't run the light 24 hours as I'd like to use whatever sunlight I can...when it's growing season, I think this will be good. I just can't throw out living roots! The lettuce is sooo good!

So, "living lettuce" by Star Produce (Saskatoon....greenhouses in Lethbridge afaik...very reasonable price!)...I can't throw out those lovely roots, so old clementine boxes, lightly lined, bit of soil, grow light...go babies go...so delicious!

For your info...Pt Roberts is the tiny end of a Canadian peninsula that is the "US"... people living there must travel (by road) through Canada, including customs and immigration, to get to the rest of the US... perhaps not happy people. Just saying...

Ayup....Loblaw already opened 2 stores in ON under the concept of "ultra-discount" with "No Name" brand items selling cheaper than the same thing at other stores...and their profit keeps ⏫. gaaah!
