I feel like this one ties right into the most recent comic, where pepper says he'd find another way to figure out what's going on. He's probably going to go down and meet her.
I wonder how he knows what she looks like despite not actually seeing her. Maybe Achilles is a very good storyteller.

Does it mean that Chloe (or others) need to leave halo Head? Idk. It seems like a nice place, but the answer depends on Claire & the old layers.
Why did she make new layers? Did she just wanna move? Or did break stuff or hurt someone?
Is she just bossy or had she actually misused her powers?
