On the forest game , I'm ready to go through the pain to get to a better place . One thing I like about Amorins system is there is no where to hide , you can either do the job or you can't . Those who can't we have to be ruthless , even for the bigger names .

I've been waiting so long for Amad to be rated by a manager and even some of the fans . I always thought we'd waste him like we did Angel Gomes in favour of lesser players . I'm beginning to believe we won't .

Very promising start from Amorin . I like how we tried to play with more control . The players are obviously not used to it but that will come hopefully.

According to Ten hag we controlled that game , we were unlucky with the offside goal , but why was it like a basketball game after that . Ten Hag has shown he doesn't know how or what control is , and until we get that we won't progress .

Just got a weather warning for heavy rain in Brighton tomorrow. Wonder how it'll affect the united match . At least the lads will feel at home .

Will always be thankful to Tony Mowray for what he did for Amad . Would watch every Sunderland game I could just to see Amad , but ended up really rooting for them to come up . Didn't know Mowbray played such food football, was such a pleasant suprise.

I followed a lot of you guys on the old place , but never really posted anything myself . I might change that on here , feels like a fresh start , for a new season . I'm still on the old trash heap for now , but I think we all know the day is coming we leave that for good .
