versa 4, i dont rlly know how accurate it is but it connects to my calorie tracker app, n that app tells me how many i burn (not including my bmr)

it was abt $300 CAD and i love it sm. it also tells me my heart rate, shows me text notifs, and tracks my sleep ^w^

coffee w/ like 2-4oz of a protein drink as creamer (ups protein intake for the day + makes u feel fuller n stay full longer), i add sweetener and sugar-free coffee syrup too ^w^ its like i got a drink at a fancy cafe w/ like an 8th of the cals

omg cookie dough is one of my top two faves too, thats so fun !! ^w^
