some gaussian splats test. still not sure about optimal camera positioning for splats. over 1k images at 24 mpx. not impressed with quality. aren't splats supposedly all mighty perfect?

Loaded old images to make gaussian splats. Good backdrop details, but i still think photogrammetry generated mesh is more versatile in any production. Btw tried loading old 3d model to blender, it decided that crashing is a preferable option compared to displaying 40000 px texture in viewport.
