There have been some great changes from 2016 when I posted this on X. The USPTO the past few years had a sharp focus on this under Kathi Vidal.

Yes, we have an EO (TY @JoeBiden), but given our Constitution’s limits on Executive Power, Congress needs to act swiftly.

To protect an 8-year old boy in a special needs classroom, I'd be okay w/ undue burden.
