Yes and yes!
I don't use the handwriting to text feature as that doesn't work. But I can (mostly) interpret my own handwriting. It replaces paper notebooks for me. I have a separate file for each of my regular meetings (1 on 1s and team meetings), so it's much easier to find notes and next steps.

If you haven't read 4000 weeks yet, I'd strongly recommend that. It tells you that by focusing on productivity, you're asking the wrong question.
