Just tried a pre-made meal with Konjac pasta 🫶 So so so good! 172 cals for a portion of Bolognese at lunch 😋

When I make Konjac noodles myself they’re horrible. These were actually chewable and good.

Not a single grocery store in this whole fucked up country carries low-calorie ice cream consistently. Why is it to so hard to stock 1 or 2 flavors of Halo Top or even B&J low calorie? Idiots run this place.

Okay so I estimate that I ate 300 cals for bfast, 300 cals for lunch, and probably 1500 for dinner (3 empanadas).

According to my Apple Watch I burned 1,033 active cals today. Combined with my TDEE…

I predict a plateau tomorrow, but only a temporary one.

Yesterday I went a little crazy at dinner 😭 So hard to resist raclette even though it’s so basic

I still lost 1.4 lb (0,6 kg) between yesterday and today though. I think it’s just my body adjusting to the new exercise regime and needing the energy to repair muscle 🥰
