Did you see this horseshit? The guy who had his window busted & was scooped up by ICE while looking for someone else had his trial & the gov didn’t have any charges filed against him so the judge ordered his release. Instead of releasing him, gov claims a “clerical error” & are keeping him.
Update: govt claims the reason he's been sitting in a cell for four weeks with no charges is because they filed charges with wrong A-number and only noticed as he was going to be released but NOW they have the right one so they're gonna charge him now ok cool cool totally normal
