The receptionist trying to reschedule me is so concerned I'm gonna bite her head or something. And like, I'm annoyed, but I also completely sympathize. It's a routine thing that I'm not too worried about being delayed anyhow.
But stop trying to pitch middle of the shift stuff it won't work.

I mean, we're a family of "yeah I should do that" types where we don't actually do the thing for months and then finally do it in a rush. So it makes sense that he'd do the same and lag things out in hospice.
