Everything had to be done over the phone and via mail. It’s not easy to do and it takes a toll on you. Now imagine having to move somewhere that is “safe” where there are no jobs in your field. Or your spouse has to go through the whole process of licensing and certification for their field of work.

I have when I was in the Navy I had to pack up my family and all of our stuff and move across the country every two years. It takes a lot of work every duty station I was assigned to while I was married did not have base housing for us. I had to find a home and school and much more before leaving.

I live in a blue state. I’m talking about how to get all the blue people together in one place and what place would that be? It’s not just north vs south anymore it’s a lot more complicated than just packing up the family and moving. Have you ever had to uproot your entire life and start over?
