f has dethroned SH3 as my favourite Silent Hill game. Amazing work from the whole team!

I'm just glad they gave us this one happy timeline, even if we can't observe it anymore. Just know it exists and that better things are possible, that's enough to make me happy.

Not trying to be contrarian, but wasn't the finale of char's counterattack about the two newtype protagonists absolutely not understanding each other ("what do you mean, your mother!?"), and the empathy of all the mooks from both sides who stopped fighting was what really saved the day?

i think as long as you accept that some things just won't get explained, you don't need any prior series knowledge. it's compeltely fine to watch it just for our protagonists without knowing what other characters are from OG gundam.
