You could attach all sorts of formality to this like an obligation to collectively buy a partner out of their shares if they decide to leave. Or to collectively sell shares to a new partner who wants to become involved financially

One option for polyamorous combined finances was for all partners to found a company of which they all own equal shares. The company can have a bank account that all pay into and major decisions can’t be made without enough shareholders in favor of it.

Now I have time to install this bathroom fan!
