Just got through reading (for the second time) In the Garden of Beasts by Erik Larson.

Scary stuff. How a country can just turn into mindless cultist monsters. Led by stupid, petty men.

History is once again repeating itself.

Just finished this book. Scarier than any horror novel I've ever read. Mostly because this could actually happen.

Currently reading Ascension by Nicholas Binge. Sounds fascinating.
