If there's a witness to my little life, to my tiny throes and struggles, he sees a fool.
To be clear, especially as someone who's worked there in the past, I'd sooner throw myself in front of the Acela than refer to it as the Trump-Kennedy Center.

A delicious spread, but the wine caused a mild headache and the Tylenol I took is sure to cause weapons-grade autism. And my circumcision sure won't help matters.

Sitting in a cafe and there's Christmas music playing.

Me: Ugh, Christmas music this early in November? Insufferable.

Also me, 20 minutes later: THEN ONE FOGGY CHRISTMAS EVE, SANTA CAME TO SAAAAAAAY.....

I'd heard that this is what Democracy looks like.

Can confirm. It's indeed true.

No. Kings.

My new nickname for Stephen Miller is Screech because that's who he is and that's what he does.

Shut up, Screech.

I don't mean to sound petty, but Pete Hegseth really is a little bitch. Or at least gives off "little bitch" energy #lbe

Anyone pissing and moaning this much about an escalator not working in New York has clearly not spent much time in New York.

I'm pretty sure the Rapture happened but that none of us deserved it which is why we're all still here.

Holy lord is the New York Democratic Party a mess. I'm not a DSA type but you're goddamn right I'm voting for Mamdani in November. I feel like the whole state party is trapped in amber or something. And that includes our congressional leaders.
New York Democratic Party Chair Jay Jacobs says he will resign from his post if Gov. Kathy Hochul requests it — a day after he broke with her by announcing he wouldn’t endorse Mamdani.
Hochul’s key political ally weighs resignation after Mamdani endorsement
New York Democratic party chair Jay Jacobs is uncomfortable with the democratic socialist’s candidacy.

Their side: "The Cracker Barrel logo change is a woke attack on American culture!"

Insufferable.

Our side: "Today's the first day I've heard of this dump and the food is garbage!"

Equally insufferable.

Eat the hash brown casserole or don't. But let's all make better electoral decisions.

Pam Bondi: Sorry we respect law enforcement here, so you're fired for throwing a Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki at a cop.

Also Pam Bondi: I see you were at the January 6 insurrection and yelled for the cops to be killed. Welcome aboard!

The tragedy in Texas is a prime example of how politics works in this country. Did the Trump cuts cause delays and inefficiencies in the weather warning system? Perhaps. It's debatable. But if the roles were reversed the GOP wouldn't care about nuance. It would be wall to wall "Dems killed people."

I'm certainly not a DSA type, but all the pearl clutching about Zohran Mamdani's primary victory in NYC yesterday is really galling, with one businesswoman saying it was "time to panic."

After what the average American has had to put up with in recent years, I have one response: kiss my ass.

I see that Dave's Hot Chicken has been acquired by the owners of Subway.

Considering how much personal information and data Elon was able to access (and take?) when he was at DOGE, this stupid pissing contest with Trump could get real messy real fast.

Stephen Miller is an awful person. Like, 'Roy Cohn' awful.

I see the new pope chose Leo as his name. Nice, but think I would have gone with Capricorn or Sagittarius.

Something to appreciate this weekend: the winner of the Kentucky Derby was a horse named Sovereignty, ridden by Venezuelan jockey Junior Alvarado.

Something not to appreciate: the inevitable tweets that will come from the MAGA-verse.

I still like the symbolism of it all, though!

I've seen porn that was less pornographic than these cabinet meetings. The sycophancy is off the charts. It's performative horseshit, much like the past 100 days have been.
