Listening to @kozibear.bsky.social talk about theater trips with his dad really hit home. My dad isn't insistent about avoiding trailers, but he IS insistent on sitting in the front row seats. AND he also talks to me during the movie, about locations, characters, actors, and he doesn't whisper well.

Hitchcock, like all great directors, wanted to get this scene exactly right, so he had her do 900 takes.
