Yesterday: roasted veggies (bell peppers, zucchini, & tomatoes) w/ pasta (pea, cauliflower, & lentil flour), & a bright sauce made of blended juice from a lemon, silken tofu, 1/2 almond, 1/2 coconut milk, & minced garlic. Tonight: spiced potato rice paper w/ lemon, yogurt, cashew, & masala sauce 😋

It was too cold 🥶❄️🌨, so I had no choice but to make some delicious #vegan soup...coconut milk w/ miso, chickpea battered extra firm tofu w/ toasted sesame, spinach, potatoes w/ a dash of cream, sautéed mushrooms and onions, buttered beans, and hemp seeds 😋 #VeganFoods #VegansEat

Yoga. Make breakfast (or have it made for me 💕). Go to the beach & have lunch off of the water (anywhere scenic). Catch a GREAT psych thriller movie to deep dive & discuss later. Check out a cool library or bookstore. Retail therapy, massage, & dinner somewhere I've been dying to try. Night cap 🥂🍃💭💤
