How about no?

You hold no authority over me, random bsky user with anger management issues :)

Actually, it does. It is the same, seeing as everywhere else, this is good within a capitalism-centered scope.

I wrote exactly what I wrote - nothing more, nothing less :)

No, actually, it doesn't show the stupidity of my argument, but your lack of intelligence when it comes to good faith argumentation.

Medical cannabis is still illegal in many places despite overwhelming evidence of it being the only remedy for a lot of conditions.

Not everything illegal is bad.

Not what was written at all, so you seem to be manipulating your own “hearing”
June 18, 2025 at 7:09 PM
Listing objectively bad things isn’t a rebuttal against my comment.

Doesn’t seem like a bad look tbh. Clearly things are going well for SAG-AFTRA as well. This will be great for the VA industry :)

What you actually posted in the pictures, is good.

Not all the bs you’re writing now to move the goalpost.

Blacklisting scabs may be illegal over there, but it’s normal practice everywhere else. It’s how everybody succeeds.

This all sounds good though? Idk how exactly the industry is in the US but like… unions are just completely normal and the only way to not get screwed over in Europe. That’s kinda their purpose.

Kept practicing, fear has not diminished one bit. What now, helpo 😭

I believe it’s a great approach for kids, but as an adult it sure felt weird to be treated as a kid who didn’t know who they were. I was perfectly aware and had spent over a decade coming to terms with being trans. Just needed them to help me medically. Took 2 years lol.
February 11, 2025 at 10:21 PM
Adults in the US have had informed consent which is different, of course, but children don’t have that option. So the experts help them figure out what their feelings mean (not in favor of being trans - just in general).

Where I’m from this approach is taken with adults too, which is… unfortunate.

In terms of gender-affirming healthcare for trans people, kids are treated as if they were sacred. Psychological safety is #1, and medical intervention isn’t the first step, but one based on the needs of the patient and assessment of the professionals.

Extensive therapy and puberty blockers.

Most trans youth start hormones as adults. A few may have been in the system for 5-7 years or more and have had complete consistency, including bad dysphoria, leading to them starting a bit earlier than 18. But it’s in the single digit percent.

Some new pronouns or a new name, or just talking about what they think about themselves, what their views are on their gender and whether those feelings have internal or external connections etc.

This therapy often lasts years, and permanent medical intervention is only done after
February 11, 2025 at 10:14 PM
No problem at all! Well yeah transphobes argue “facts over feelings” but their arguments are always emotionally charged and going directly against the facts. That’s the sad part.

Talk therapy is pretty much what they do yeah. Giving someone a safe space to explore their feelings and try e.g.

You’re welcome. It’s insane how misinformed people are about gender-affirming care. Heck cis people are getting the same care, it’s only an issue when trans people get it 🙄

Glad I’m not in the hellhole country which will be responsible for increasing a 42% suicide rate among trans people.
February 11, 2025 at 6:55 PM
No, we are not talking about permanent change. Gender-affirming care for trans kids consist of talk therapy and gender-based exploration.

In some cases puberty blockers (USED FOR DECADES ON CIS CHILDREN) that are harmless and simply delay puberty. We are talking YEARS b4 anything permanent.

I’ve bought so many fighting games and I quit after like 2-3 hours 😂 either controls are whack or learning curve is abysmal and I’m like “nope”.

Picking up a fighting game from scratch is like learning a new life skill and mastering it… I’ll pick the life skill :/
