So are visible hips allowed on Twitch or not?
I see some vtubers get away with it but I vaguely recall that hips shouldn't be visible in the TOS
And I'm not a cute/popular anime girl so I don't think I'd be allowed to swing it
So if we ARE allowed then that'd be great, would open up my model a bit
