That is true. But if Toei were to make a new continuation progressing after End of Z (unlikely due to Toriyama's passing), then they would have to execute it well enough for it to be better. If it's bad, then GT might be seen as better.

Exactly. Despite the Sparking Zero modding community's quick advances, it's still gonna take awhile to get to the same level of modding where Xenoverse 2 got to.
