Does decentralization solve censorship or protect you from governments? Not quite. Sure.
But at least you're able to choose. You can register on an instance from a country over which your government has no power. Or migrate to another one. Or even host your own instance.

Anyone can make a bot on Telegram. The Grok bot is available on telegram, but that doesn't give it access to all channels and groups.
