How I rearrange my manga collection:
💨take everything out of the shelf
✨see if they still spark joy
📦 remove three volumes of a series I don't even remember buying
📚 add 10 volumes of manga that I read (i store unread manga somewhere else)
🗯 wonder why I still don't have space

I think I have the same problem with Ranma 1/2 that I have with Sailor Moon Crystal - it's per se not bad, but it's kind of bland, if you know the old anime it doesn't feed the nostalgia like just watching the old anime does.
