I’m happy to report, I have met my weight loss goals! From a 283lbs to 196lbs in about a year 😊 My body hurts so much less now, I’m able to move around easier, walk longer, and my arthritis isn’t always flared, I’m so much happier now. It’s really weird to me to see myself in a mirror these days lol
