An adult who is strong enough and confident enough to be kind when others aren't, with empathy and compassion. You could argue that the current leaders of the USA are strong and confident, but without empathy you get tyrants.

Except in many places the church is the only community building where arts can take place. Also provide food banks, toddler groups, warm spaces, community cafes but get no government funding.
