Text reads: Thinking about hot hands packets, hats and gloves, thick socks, blankets, and other warm things..... maybe placed lovingly in bus shelters or underneath bridges, in case someone out there happens to need them. It's getting pretty cold, especially at night. I know things are rough for a lot of us right now. If we all work together, then maybe we can help to bridge each other's gaps.
