But you know how you can do the exact opposite? You can annex a country, after having a foreign leader purchase the crypto you released. Then ethnically cleanse the country, declaring its 5 million residents stateless. That might actually be a way to speedrun terrorism.

Aside from being a charitable organization, it’s a key component to our national security. Soft power and a global presence helps prevent wars and terrorism both foreign and abroad, and saves countless lives (and dollars) in the long run - well worth the 0.6% of total government spending.
