some people/ doctors call it "walking corpse syndrome" because often the sufferer will believe they are dead (like a zombie). some even refuse to eat or sleep, which can be quite worrisome. luckily, my diagnosis is not so extreme, but still something my psychiatrists monitor.

cotard's for me is intermittent and almost non-existent on my antipsychotic, but the symptoms are believing i am a ghost or invisible. i revert to invisibility or deceased status mostly when i'm afraid or having hallucinations. does that help at all?
