Sorry folks. For me, this isn’t political. This is a violation of office and a violation of the sisterhood. Even if the outcome did not change, you always take the meeting. And you certainly, at minimum, always hear the woman out.

Anyone who’s been in a cult or high control religion can tell you: snitches don’t get stitches, they get praise. This way no one feels safe to be honest, and followers have an easy means to win favor.
