I'm uninsured atm but am looking into getting everything set up soon. Just passed the one year mark for HRT so at least I meet that criteria.

Emotional overload was the first challenge and I just had to grind through it, it does level out a bit after awhile. I show pretty heavily if I have a tighter shirt on (36B), can still hide it with baggy clothes mostly at a year. Communication with wife is major, even then my marriage collapsed. GL!
