Don’t over do it. If your eye gets really red. Take a break. And the most important part is to relax and don’t get aggravated. Once you get the hang of it you won’t even need a mirror. It’ll be second nature.

As someone who trains folks for contacts everyday. Please Don’t stress. It’s part of the job and we just want you to be able to do it. So take your time and don’t worry about timing. You’ll get it!
