When hiking, it is important to dress properly. Pants tucked into socks and bug spray to help avoid ticks. Bowtie in case you meet any dignitaries on the trail.

Things are pretty terrible in the world but I get to hang out with this guy, who is pretty stoked about sunshine and patio furniture. Could be worse.

Fortunate to spend his morning hearing Sherrilynn Ifill speak about Juneteenth, the 14th amendment, resistance against authoritarianism, and taking steps to protect our national "health" from the white supremacy in our nation's DNA.
