Yes! The Dog ending, as well as all of the original endings, are in the remake! There are also 2 new endings that they added to the remake which I thought was really neat.

Recently went through a Silent Hill 2 (Remake) binge. 100%ed the game and went for all endings. It was a dream come true as the original is my favorite game. Haven’t watched any new movies recently though.
