I took an oath, for my job, to uphold and defend the constitution of The United States. Lots of people have taken that same oath. The sign a document. Pretty much anyone who gets a government paycheck had taken that oath. It’s time to defend it! The day has come!

Great job! I learned to sew on a Singer Featherweight from 1946. I still use it! I hemmed a jumpsuit last week on it. Great machine. My son started sewing on it a few years ago. He’s made 2 cloaks recently. Both fully lined. More people should sew. With Joann’s closing we have no fabric.

It’s amazing how some structure just seemingly miraculously are unscathed. This looks newer. Maybe they chose materials wisely. If I ever get to build in CA, I’ll build of fireplace. Since that’s what usually survives.

I’ve got friends that are threatened by multiple fires. It’s a wait and see right now. So scary. I’m praying for everyone. The wind died here. So maybe there too.
