While the world was burning
My cat sat in a box
A tiger in a sunbeam,
A king in furry socks.
He beheld his kingdom
He gazed out from his throne
His human peasants scurry-
Their worries are their own.

I'm pretty damn awkward, but I've never managed to accidentally heil a cab instead of hailing one. Just sayin'.

When the world ends,
Here's what I do:
I look to my north star,
I hold to what's true
I remember my roots
I bury them deep
I look just as far
As my hands can reach
And I do what I can
To mend any breach
I hold my head high
I speak loud and true
Every world ends;
This is all I can do.
